Introductory Rock Climbing & Rappelling Lessons for Beginners in Canmore and Banff Alberta

"Beginner Rock Climbing & Rappelling days are a perfect choice for groups of friends, co-workers, families, or youth groups looking for a fun summertime adventure!"

Join us for a fun and adventurous day in the mountains learning to rock climb, rappel, and belay other climbers. After a short walk to the crags, we will start with a lesson on using the gear, belaying (controlling the ropes), and basic climbing techniques. Within half an hour of reaching the crag, everyone will begin trying the climbs. Starting with climbs rated as easy and gradually progressing through the day to more difficult routes, everyone will get their share of success and challenges! The length of the climbs ranges from 10 meters to 25 meters in height. During the day everyone will also have the chance to try rappelling down a rope!
